was the most useful part of Women's Tri Training San Antonio?
Excellent
race-day preparation. Great coaching. Supportive environment. Heart rate training

trained on my own, I would not have known whether I were training too hard or
not enough. - J. M. All of it! The expertise, the support, the kindness,
the encouragement, the fellow athletes - C. E. ALL OF IT! I was brand new
to swimming and cycling, and running was something I had to do for punishment
during my high school dance team days. The basic instruction in each sport was
invaluable. Plus, the heart rate training made all of the difference in the world;
it showed me when I needed to push more and when I needed to lay off a bit. And,
actual race day prep (i.e., transitions, set up, etc.) was super-helpful. Plus,
the support of the coaches, workout leaders and teammates kept me motivated. -

comments This was an amazing experience for me. I joined the
team so that I could improve my running and have some support to push me, but
I ended up getting so much more out of it. I improved in all areas and I was a
part of a fellowship that I have never experienced before. I am really going to
miss practicing with the ladies. Being around such positive, strong people made
the workouts so enjoyable. Thanks! - J. J. I am most impressed by this
program. It really was amazing to learn so much about becoming an athlete and
working towards a greater goal. I don't know how you would complete a triathlon
